This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound Care Center calls, selling Interlock products, and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients. By understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions, the Advisor helps ensure satisfaction and contributes directly to the success and profitability of the organization. The Advisor is also entrusted with upholding our incredible reputation in the alcohol-monitoring industry through professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented interactions.\r\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\r\nEngage inbound and outbound callers using a consultative sales approach to promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services.\r\nProvide accurate product and service information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns with professionalism and efficiency.\r\nIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.\r\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.\r\nConduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.\r\nCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold our reputation in the alcohol-monitoring industry.\r\nEscalate and route issues appropriately while maintaining detailed records in CRM and other systems.\r\nGather and manage data across multiple technology platforms and handle documentation using standard office equipment.\r\nPrepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.\r\nStay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings through market research.\r\nAdhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.\r\nProvide general Care Center support and perform other duties as assigned.\r\nQualifications\r\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\r\nBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is preferred.\r\nMinimum of 6 months of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments.\r\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\r\nFamiliarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.\r\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.\r\nExcellent attention to detail and ability to multitask with a sense of urgency.\r\nAdaptable and resourceful in fast-paced, dynamic environments.\r\nCourteous, confident, and collaborative interpersonal skills.\r\nSelf-awareness and the ability to read and respond to audience needs.\r\nUnderstanding of industry trends and competitor offerings is preferred.\r\nBilingual proficiency in English and Spanish qualifies for additional compensation.\r\nPhysical Demands & Work Environment\r\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
