A blend of people skills, coding knowledge, and a rigorous understanding of statistical analysis and modeling are considered essential for the job.We are focused on building best-in-class solutions that are elegant, real-time, and data-focused. As such, this role will require you to develop, pilot, and deploy new products that meet the needs of our customers and the life sciences industry. You will work directly with individuals with 10+ years of experience in the industry, and report to the Software Lead for delivering those products.Must HaveUp to 4 years of experience in full stack web application developmentExperience in one or more programming languages (JavaScript, C#,.Net, Java, or C / C++)Experience with AI based coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) and AI techniques like Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, fine-tuning, Advance Prompt Engineering and GraphRAGKnowledge of SQL or no-SQL databases (or be willing to learn)Direct experience in building tools or models that help customers make better decisions using data and structured methodologiesStrong analytical abilities.
