The Finance function is responsible for providing treasury management services in respect of both client and own funds, financial planning & analysis, financial accounting and reporting, commercial finance and tax support to all business units and functions throughout the Computershare Group.\nThe role will work collaboratively with other global teams, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and a variety of project related activity.\nA role you will love\nThe Treasury Project Manager is responsible for the management and delivery of Treasury projects. This role is responsible for the plans, controls, and manages the delivery of Treasury projects to meet the agreed business needs, identifying and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality.\nKey responsibilities include:\nMaintaining project management standards on Treasury projects.\nSupporting Treasury Senior Project Manager with classifying and prioritising projects based on Treasury Strategy.\nResponsible for the delivery of allocated Treasury projects - including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business value.\nResponsible for managing risks, dependencies and financial/time overruns at project level and ensure that the objectives of the approved business cases are met by the projects.\nImplement project governance frameworks in allocated projects.\nRecommend areas for change and support the business as the changes develop to ensure continuous improvement.\nEnsure the communication channels and processes are in place to notify key stakeholders so that plans can be amended and the necessary action taken.\nProvide thought leadership on allocated projects to ensure successful delivery.\nImplement key controls such as business case development, benefits management and budgets.\nAct as a point of escalation for allocated project related issues.\nAs a subject matter expert lead and contribute to a range of strategic Group wide projects including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other business transactions.\nWhat will you bring to the role?\nKey skills desired for the role include:\nRequired:\nExperienced in Treasury in a regional environment and the associated regulatory landscape.\nKnowledge of developing and implementing Client Treasury strategies in a global organization, with direct experience of the Treasury framework in multiple jurisdictions.\nExperienced in Project Management.\nKnowledge in automation and centralization of a Treasury function; and\nExperience of working within large and complex programs of work\nPreferred:\nStrong understanding of emerging Treasury trends across the globe and competitor positioning\nIndustry experience in banking and insurance\nRelevant Project Management qualification\nRewards designed for you\nPaid parental leave, flexible working and a caring and inclusive culture.\nHealth and wellbeing rewards that can be tailored to support you and your family, including medical, dental and vision.\nInvest in your future with 401k matching and tax-advantaged flexible spending plans, including healthcare, dependent care and commuter.\nIncome protection .
