Assemble mechanical parts/assemblies per TRAK Machine Tools specifications of quality and time standards. Evaluate returned TRAK machines, troubleshoot TRAK machines, and help Engineering with projects. Standard maintenance of all TRAK machines. Should have good time management skills, be well organized, and possess strong verbal communication skills. Have the ability to lift objects up to 20 pounds. Possess good dexterity in hands. Knowledge in tools, hardware, measurement equipment, the ability to read and understand blueprints, and schematics are a plus.\r\nRequirementsAssemble complex parts and assemblies per specifications on blueprints\r\nAssemble complex parts per TRAK Machine Tools time standards\r\nMaintain Southwestern Industries quality standards of assemblies\r\nBasic operation of all TRAK Machines and accessories\r\nStandard maintenance of all TRAK machines\r\nNotify work cell leader of parts shortages and other potential problems\r\nWork with the supervisor to implement ways to improve processes\r\nEducationA.S. degree in Manufacturing Technology or equivalent is a plus.
