This position oversees equipment inventory, deliveries, minor facilities support, and assembly tasks that keep our programs running smoothly. You will coordinate logistics across multiple locations, maintain organized storage systems, support daily site readiness, and collaborate with Operations and HR to uphold safety and efficiency standards. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-focused, proactive, physically active, and motivated by supporting a mission-driven organization.\n\nWhat You Will Do\nInventory and Equipment Coordination\nManage and monitor equipment and supply inventory across all programs.\nPrep, stage, and organize gear for events and site deliveries.\nReceive and inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy.\nKeep storage areas and equipment rooms clean, organized, and efficient.\nLogistics and Delivery Support\nDeliver equipment and supplies to HPA sites and partners on time and with care.\nPick up gear from vendors and ensure smooth, accurate handoffs.\nMaintain delivery logs and support real-time tracking across operations.\nFacilities and Site Support\nAssist with facility maintenance and daily readiness checks.\nSet up and break down rooms, event spaces, and training areas.\nSupport implementation of safety, efficiency, and upkeep systems in collaboration with HR.\nAssembly and Setup\nAssemble sports gear, racks, office furniture, and related items following safety guidelines.\nConduct quality checks and troubleshoot minor setup issues.\nCoordinate with internal teams on placement, timelines, and logistics.\nTrack warranties and maintain accurate assembly records.\nTeam Collaboration\nWork closely with Operations and Program teams to identify and fulfill equipment needs.\nSupport purchasing, seasonal setups, and special event logistics.\nJump in where needed to support the flow of daily operations.\nWho You Are\nYou are more than organized.
