Field Crew Technician – Lawn, Snow & Property Services

Job Summary Problem Solved Property Solutions (PSPS) is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, dependable Field Crew Technician to join our team. This role supports our lawn and snow operations while assisting with property service jobs as needed. No advanced maintenance experience is required — we’re looking for someone willing to learn, work hard, and take pride in doing quality work. This is a hands-on, outdoor position with year-round opportunities and seasonal variety. Duties Perform lawn mowing, trimming, and basic lawn maintenance during spring, summer, and fall Assist with snow removal during winter months, including plowing, shoveling, and salting Support property service tasks as assigned across residential and managed properties Operate basic lawn and snow equipment safely (training provided) Maintain a professional and respectful presence while working on customer properties Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures while on job sites Requirements Strong reliability and willingness to show up ready to work Motivation to learn new tasks and grow skills over time Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift 40–50 lbs as needed Valid driver’s license required Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 29 – 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Work Location: In person
