About This RoleWells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant within the Core Banking Group as part of Consumer Technology. In this role, you will support the delivery of complex technology solutions by partnering closely with business and technology teams to analyze requirements, execute testing strategies, and ensure high-quality outcomes across core banking platforms.You will contribute hands-on expertise in system and integration testing with a strong focus on test automation, leveraging tools such as Tosca to ensure high-quality, compliant, and production-ready solutions across core banking platforms and integrated downstream systems. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple work efforts while collaborating across cross-functional teams such as Technology teams, UAT Testing teams, Zafin teams, and enterprise partners.You will help identify defects, support root cause analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including the adoption of new tools and technologies to improve testing efficiency and solution quality. You will also support the training and development of coworkers through knowledge sharing and mentoring.In This Role, You WillLead or participate in managing and supporting the delivery of technology products and services for high-profile business unit clients and contribute to large-scale solution planning related to Technology Business ServicesEnsure service quality and cost effectiveness of solutionsReview customer information with technology teams and implement technical initiatives for highly complex projects impacting multiple lines of business or the enterpriseUnderstand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported areas and partner with stakeholders to implement key risk initiativesMake decisions in complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of managing multiple medium-sized technology development efforts, influencing broader work teams, and driving new initiativesCollaborate and consult with technology teams and senior management within the Technology Business Services functional area to resolve IT issues and deliver optimal solutionsProvide guidance on leveraging new technologies to enhance delivery outcomesRequired Qualifications:4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education4+ years of Information Technology experience supporting Business ServicesDesired Qualifications:4+ years of hands-on testing experience with Hogan IDS, including end-to-end validation of complex deposit-processing workflowsStrong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca, including relevant Tosca certifications Proven ability to lead and contribute to large-scale, enterprise initiatives with multiple stakeholders Demonstrated experience driving test automation strategies, including design, implementation, and maintenance of automated solutionsTesting strategy and planning: Demonstrated experience developing comprehensive testing strategies and test plans, with the ability to work closely with team members across technology and business groupsExperience with APIs: Perform API testing and validation to verify business rules and downstream behavior, including building and maintaining test coverage using Postman; validating response structures; troubleshooting defects; and supporting regression testing for changes impacting business processesDesigning and reviewing technical solutions: Contribute to solution and design reviews and technical change readiness by evaluating impacts across systems, confirming operational considerations, and aligning delivery with Secure SDLC and enterprise governance requirementsExperience with GenAI: Leverage GenAI tools to accelerate day-to-day delivery by writing test documentation and improving throughput and quality; familiarity with enterprise GenAI tools such as M365 CopilotStrong analytical skills: Ability to interpret complex data flows, reconcile results, identify defects with potential customer impact, and support root cause analysis by connecting system behavior to business outcomesStrong communication and mentoring skills: Communicate complex technical behavior in clear business terms; provide status and validation updates; support documentation and knowledge transfer; train coworkers; and mentor junior employeesDelivery ownership: Proven ability to operate with minimal oversight, manage testing deliverables end to end, and ensure timely execution of testing commitmentsJob Expectations:This position will provide visa sponsorshipThis position offers a hybrid work scheduleAbility to work outside of regular business hours as neededFlexibility to work in a 24/7 environmentPay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
