Analyst I Epic EHR Application (Remote)

Scheduled Hours 40 hours per week.Position Summary Under regular direction, the Analyst I EPIC EHR Application provides build support for Epic & other Clinical applications as it relates to change requests, maintenance and project business demands. Responsible for configuring, documenting, testing, modifying, supporting and maintaining software applications. Builds collaborative relationships with hospital leadership, clinical department users, Technology and other corporate departments to facilitate usage and acceptance of the system. Provides solutions or resolves end‐user system issues.Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssists in designing, verifying, documenting, amending and refactoring moderately complex software configurations for deployment. Applies agreed standards and tools, to achieve a well‐engineered result. Collaborates in reviews of work with others as appropriate.Assists in the investigation and resolution of issues relating to applications. Follows agreed procedures to identify and resolve issues with applications. Uses application management software and tools to collect agreed performance statistics. Carries out agreed applications maintenance tasks.Assists with the design of test cases and test scripts, mapping back to pre‐determined criteria, recording and reporting test outcomes. Applies agreed standards to specify and perform manual and automated testing.Assists in the evaluation of design options and prototypes to obtain user feedback on requirements of developing systems, products, services or devices.
