This temporary role offers hands-on ownership of trim systems on next-generation EV platforms, blending styling, function, and manufacturability.\n\nPay: up to $74/hr\nPosition Type: Temporary\nSchedule: Regular business hours\n\nWhat You'll Do (Job Duties)\n\nLead design, packaging, and release of exterior systems, including side valences, sill trims, underbody aero shields, wheelhouse liners, spoilers, appliques, frunk/froot, and rocker panels.\nDevelop these systems with a focus on quality, reliability, mass, and cost efficiency.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with studio and vehicle engineering teams.\nSupport the full vehicle life cycle from concept through launch.\nGo beyond CAD execution to drive quick design modifications and data-informed decisions.\n\nWhat You Bring (Requirements and Qualifications)\n\n5+ years of exterior trim design experience across the systems listed above.\nProficiency in CATIA V5 or V6 for complex CAD modeling.\nExperience with thermoplastic/thermoset resins and Class A manufacturing, including paint.\nFull vehicle launch experience and supplier base knowledge (e.g., Magna, Rivian).
