Title: Integration Architect – EDI & API Data ExchangeLocation: RemoteDuration: 12 Months ~10% travel to Chicago, IL based on project needs.We are seeking a seasoned Integration Architect to lead and deliver enterprise integration solutions using Sterling B2Bi, WebMethods, and MuleSoft among a few other technology products. This role involves designing scalable, secure, and homogenized data integration solution across diverse platforms and protocols, including EDI (AS2), API, and SFTP. Key ResponsibilitiesDefine an end-to-end integration architecture for enterprise systems using MuleSoft, Sterling B2Bi, and WebMethods connected with ERP, WM, TMS, and third-party gateways.Devise an ‘Integration Exchange’ solution blueprint to adopt best of breed data transmission technologies between customers, carriers, suppliers, and other pertinent Trading Partners.Thoroughly understand prevailing designs and formulate a business-driven solution selection methodology that guarantee ‘high-touch, white-glove’ customer service principles when it comes to implementing technology integrations for the customers.Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams to document business requirements, future needs, and current pain points and translate them into technical specifications.Ensure adherence to integration standards, protocols, and security models.Ensure compliance with performance, scalability, and security benchmarks.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to existing developers and analysts identified for growth path.Document various technical artifacts integration designs, data models, and interface specifications and store them in a central repository.Required Skills & Experience10+ years of experience in enterprise integration architecture.Hands-on as well as architect level expertise in at least two of the products below:Sterling B2Bi, WebMethods, and MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.You will be considered on a rapid track if you know all three!Strong understanding of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT), RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and SFTP protocols.Experience with API Management, microservices, and SOA design principles.Proficiency in data transformation, scripting, and service orchestration.Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jira, GitHub, Confluence) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience integrating with Salesforce OMS, Service Cloud, Esker, or HighRadius.Knowledge of VANs and translation rule engines.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
