If you’re energized when others are winding down, this may be the perfect fit.ScheduleThis role is ideal for someone who prefers afternoon and evening hours, with a typical schedule Monday through Thursday 12 pm - 9 pm to support afternoon and evening operations. Flexibility may be available, allowing you to build a schedule that works for both you and the business.What You'll DoEmployee Relations & HR SupportPartner with leaders on employee concerns and policy interpretationSupport leave administration, benefits, and complianceMaintain employee records and HR systemsTalent AcquisitionRecruit and hire hourly and professional positionsManage job postings, interviews, and onboardingBuild community recruiting partnershipsCulture & RetentionSupport retention initiatives and employee engagement effortsAssist with succession planning and workforce developmentWhat We’re Looking ForMay require a bachelor’s degree in a related area and 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related field.1+ years of recruiting experience is required.Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the HR field.Has strong work ethic, always consider the Company’s best interest before making a decision.Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, and professional presence.Why Join Vector Windows?At Vector Windows, our people are our greatest asset.
