As the primary contact for all of our customers and their investors, the team works daily to resolve customer support cases, provide feedback for new product solutions, and manage an SPV or Fund from formation to closing, and beyond.About The OpportunityCX Associates are Sydecar’s ambassadors to our Fund Managers and their Investors– a crucial role for both product discovery and customer experience. The ideal candidate has an interest in alternative investing and is an excellent communicator with a strong desire to help others solve problems, no matter how big or how small.
