We are currently seeking a dependable Cell Operator to join our production team.\n\nPosition Summary\nA Cell Operator is responsible for the efficient setup, regular operation, and preventative maintenance of production machinery. Working under minimal supervision, this role ensures all products meet strict quality standards by accurately interpreting engineering layouts and blueprints. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, a commitment to workplace safety, and a collaborative mindset to our manufacturing facility.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAbility to set-up, operate and troubleshoot\nFollows detailed direction with minimal supervision\nProvides a high level of organizational skills; detail\nPerforms duties under minimal supervision following company policies and procedures\nPerform minor maintenance service\nAbility to read and interpret blue prints/layouts\nMust be in good standing with safety, quality, attendance and discipline\nMust be a team player/work effective with a group\nMust be capable of bending, stooping, twisting, etc.\nAbility to lift/carry a minimum of 50 pounds\nAdheres to Housekeeping Standards\nAll other duties as required\nQualifications & Workplace Requirements\n\nProfessional Standing: Must remain in good standing across all internal metrics, including safety protocols, quality guidelines, attendance standards, and company disciplinary policies.\nTeam Alignment: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced group setting, demonstrating strong communication and teamwork skills.\nPolicy Compliance: Strict adherence to all established company policies, procedures, and plant safety regulations.\nPhysical Demands & Work Environment\n\nPhysical Agility: Continuous standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and twisting on a concrete manufacturing floor throughout the shift.\nLifting Capacity: Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry a minimum of 50 pounds independently.\nBenefits\n\nFull Benefits Package, including 401(k), STD/LTD, Life and AD&D\nPTO, Holidays\nMueller Industries Companies provide equal opportunity in employment to all employees and applicants for employment.
