Position Highlights Specialty:Gastroenterology Locations:Lancaster, Santa Barbara, Camarillo, and Orange, CA Practice Type:Private Practice | Full-Time Outpatient Practice Setting Schedule:Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (Outpatient) Patient Volume:3-4 patients/hour; ~25/day once ramped Call:1:4-1:7 (varies by location) with additional stipend Team Structure:Established physician and APP support across all sites Technology:Athena EMR; advanced diagnostic equipment available (select locations) Openings:4 positions due to growth and retirement Position Benefits Compensation: General GI: $450K - $475K Production-based model (wRVU) Sign-On Bonus Relocation Assistance Full Benefits Package:Medical, malpractice with tail coverage, and 401K CME Stipend Flexible PTO structure Additional Opportunities:Research involvement and Physician Governance Board participation Position Requirements: MD or DO California Medical License(or ability to obtain) Board EligibleorBoard CertifiedinGastroenterology
