Job DescriptionWe are seeking a ServiceNow System Administrator Contractor to support, configure, and maintain our ServiceNow platform. This role will focus on platform administration, automation, and integration support, working closely with IT and automation teams.ResponsibilitiesAdminister, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platformBuild, manage, and support workflows and automations using Flow DesignerConduct instance upgradesManage users, roles, updates, and system configurationsTroubleshoot platform issues and provide operational supportDevelop and maintain scripts, business rules, and integrationsCollaborate with stakeholders to implement platform enhancementsSkillsRequired QualificationsServiceNow System Administrator CertificationStrong proficiency in JavaScriptPreferred QualificationsHands-on experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer (required)ServiceNow Flow Designer Micro?CertificationPowerShell scripting experienceExperience utilizing REST/SOAP APIs and integrationsPrior contract or consulting experienceEducation: NAPay ranges between 44-54/hr based on experience
