We've provided design-build and design-bid-build construction for more than four decades, responding to disasters and supporting military operations around the globe.\r\nExtraordinary Projects need Exceptional Talent\r\nAs a Quality Control Manager at Perini Management Services, reporting to Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to:\r\nImplement and maintain the approved Contractor Quality Control Plan including responsibility for all required preparatory meetings, initial inspections and follow up inspections.\r\nDevelop understanding/working knowledge of company quality control program, industry standards, procedures, etc. required to perform assigned work.\r\nManage and review shop drawings and product submittal process.\r\nPlan, schedule and run Preparatory Meetings.\r\nPerform quality control inspections and witness tests to determine acceptability of work.\r\nSchedule and coordinate QA inspectors with Owner's Rep.\r\nAssist in maintaining work performance records, inspection records and other related items; assure correctness of all documents.\r\nAssist in preparation/implementation of quality control procedures, i.e., inspection instructions, control measuring and test equipment, etc.\r\nParticipate in internal/external quality control audits.\r\nPrepare and submit daily activity and work-force reports.\r\nInspect and inventory material shipments for compliance.\r\nInsure progress by proactively addressing Q.C. issues\r\nCoordinate and schedule third-party inspectors/inspections.\r\nRequirements:\r\nExperience as QC/QA on multiple Design-Build Projects\r\nFour (4) year engineering degree or equivalent, or 5 or more years of construction QC, Supervision, and/or Management Experience\r\nTemporary relocation to project required.\r\nExperience with Federal Government Clients preferred.\r\nNAVFAC/USACE QCM Certification Required\r\nEM385 certification a plus.\r\nExperience with RMS software preferred.\r\nField experiences inspecting/installing MEP systems preferred.\r\nPerini Management Services builds extraordinary projects, and we need exceptional talent.
