This role oversees the planning, execution, reporting, and client communication for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, and related environmental consulting services. The Project Manager ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with ASTM standards, federal and start regulation, and company qualiry standards.\n\nThis position requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, client relationship management, and ability to mentor junior staff while supporting business development efforts.\nResponsibilities:\n\nManage multiple Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessment project simultaneously.\nPerform Phase I and Phase II ESA technical writing and fieldwork\nMonitor project progress, budgets and profitability\nCoordinate field activities, subcontractors, laboratories, and internal technical staff.\nMaintain accurate project documentation and records.\nDevelop project estimates, proposals, and scopes of work in collaboration with technical and business development teams\nMaintain clear and consistent communication with clients to manage expectations, address issues, and ensure satisfaction.\nTrack project financial performance, including cost control, revenue forecasting, and profitability analysis.\nEnsure project alignment with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., TRRP, PST, CERCLA, RCRA, ASTM standards)\nConduct soil, groundwater, and vapor sampling using established safety protocols\nConduct site investigations, collect and evaluate data, and prepare comprehensive reports\nCommunicate with regulatory authorities and address project-specific requirements.\nSupport employee development through training, mentorship, and performance feedback; participate in hiring and onboarding.\nEnsure all activities adhere to company safety protocols and regulatory requirements\nAssist with identifying add-on or follow-on work opportunities through client engagement and field visibility.\nParticipate in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, laboratory, safety, and operational teams.\nOther duties as assigned\n\nJob Responsibilities Note:\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. Travel may be both scheduled and on short notice, depending on\nproject needs. Destinations typically include job sites, field locations, or regional offices, where work may\nbe conducted in outdoor or operational environments.
