Apply with us for an opportunity!The Position- FULL TIME- MON-FRI(7:00 AM-4:00 PM)- Saturdays (TBD)Principal Duties/ Major Responsibilities:\r\n- Prepares machine for the start of production and oversees daily operation in compliance with safe operating procedures.\r\n- Follow all required work safe practices.\r\nThis would include wearing all required PPE in designated areas, confined space safety, fall restraints, etc.\r\n- Adhere to food safety and all quality requirements by committing to meet all pertinent regulatory, customer, and SQF requirements and assist in all internal/external audits\r\n- Stage and weigh ingredients to be processed\r\n- Process ingredients\r\n- Safely operate process equipment machinery\r\n- Safely operate a forklift\r\n- Document stages of processing\r\n- Perform daily equipment checksRequirements/Qualifications:\r\n- Reliable transportation\r\n- Be able to lift at least 50 lbs. regularly\r\n- Demonstrated ability to work in teams\r\n- Reliable, predictable attendance is required\r\n- Employee must have the ability to climb stairs and be on their feet for long periods of time.\r\n- Must have a practical working knowledge of basic arithmetic functions (multiplication, division, addition, subtraction).\r\n- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner\r\n- HACCP certification and/or ServSafe Training a plus.WORKING CONDITIONS\r\nCandidates must be accustomed to working in a manufacturing plant with varying temperatures. This position is subject to noise from machinery.
