This position requires close collaboration with our production and engineering departments, to ensure compliance with quality standards.This is a full-time, in person position. Our offices are located in Hauppauge & Melville, New York.Role DescriptionThe Quality Control Supervisor will oversee quality control activities, ensuring that all products and kits meet established standards. Key duties include managing and leading day to day QC operations, conducting on-line and post packout inspections, uploading QC records in our server, implementing enhanced quality assurance procedures, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. QualificationsProficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processesStrong analytical skills to evaluate product data, identify trends, and troubleshoot issuesPrevious experience in a pick and pack or warehouse environment is preferredExperience with producing QC documentation and reporting processesFamiliarity with ERP/WMS systems and basic data entryAttention to detail, strong communication skills, and organizational abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionallyDIAM is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
