Please use the following link to learn more about our US Controls and Avionics business: Controls & Avionics SolutionsEducationThe Compliance Engineering Technician opportunity supporting our Aftermarket Teams will provide a pathway to Engineering opportunities within the plant through continuous education and on the job training. While in this role you will make impacts in the following ways:Working side-by-side with hourly and salaried team members to find and eliminate waste in our processes, as well as ensuring compliance in repairing our products. Reviewing customer and product repair requirements and ensuring compliance to customer purchase orders are a critical daily focus. Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to continuously improve. As necessary, support our manufacturing floor in building standardized work instructions, and participating in Kaizen events and process walks. Additional InformationThis position offers mutliple shifts that include 2nd, 3rd Shifts with flexible start times.2nd, 3rd or Weekend Shift offers a 10% of salary shift differential This position is 100% on siteRequired Education, Experience, & SkillsCandidates must be strong in following and understanding technical documentation, analytical problem solving, and implementing creative systemic corrective actions.High School Diploma with 3 or more years relevant work experience.Enter FAA mandated Anti-Drug Pool. Subject to random drug testingDemonstrated ability to solve complex problems, utilizing root cause analysisAbility to interpret technical specificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to coordinate and organize multiple activities in a team environmentFamiliarity with automated and/or advanced manufacturing processes is a plus.Preferred Education, Experience, & SkillsAssociates degree in EngineeringLean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experiencePreferred degrees: industrial engineering, engineering technology, and other degrees with a focus on manufacturingSkills and experience utilizing Oracle, Windchill or Data Analysis softwareGeneral understanding of electronics manufacturing processesExposure to Industry 4.0 conceptsAbility to interpret and apply specifications, standards, and customer requirementsProficiency with MS Office ProductsPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $64935 - $110390Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
