This role supports manufacturing by supplying production lines, managing inventory, loading and unloading shipments, and ensuring warehouse organization and safety standards are maintained.\nThe ideal candidate works with urgency, stays organized, and takes pride in keeping operations moving safely and efficiently.\nKey ResponsibilitiesProduction Support\nDeliver raw materials, packaging, ingredients, and supplies to production lines and work centers in a timely manner\nEnsure production teams have the materials needed to keep operations running efficiently\nSupport production flow by staging and moving materials as needed\nInventory & Warehouse Management\nPerform inventory counts and stock movements accurately\nMaintain organized inventory locations and proper storage practices\nTrack raw materials and finished goods using scanners, RF guns, or inventory systems\nHelp maintain accurate inventory records and lot traceability\nShipping, Receiving & Material Handling\nOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to safely move products and materials\nLoad and unload inbound and outbound shipments\nStage finished goods for shipment and warehouse storage\nAssist with order picking and packing to ensure correct products and quantities are prepared\nDocumentation & Safety\nComplete shipping and receiving documentation, bills of lading, and inventory paperwork accurately\nConduct pre-use inspections of forklifts and equipment\nFollow food safety, GMP, OSHA, and workplace safety requirements at all times\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and production environment\nQualifications\nRequired\nPrevious experience in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or food production preferred\nAbility to safely operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\nAbility to lift, push, pull, or carry materials up to 50 lbs\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, and work in a fast-paced environment for extended periods\nPreferred\n1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or food production experience\nForklift certification or prior forklift experience\nExperience with scanners, RF guns, or inventory systems\nKey Competencies\nTime Management: Ability to move quickly and keep production supplied without delays\nCommunication: Coordinate effectively with operators, supervisors, warehouse staff, and truck drivers\nSafety Awareness: Identify hazards, follow procedures, and maintain safe work practices\nAttention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in picking, inventory tracking, and documentation\nWork Environment\nFast-paced food manufacturing and warehouse environment\nExposure to hot, cold, wet, dusty, and loud conditions\nOperation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment\nFrequent lifting, walking, standing, bending, and moving materials throughout the facility\nThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
