We’re going after one of the biggest software categories of the decade.The RoleAs a Forward Deployed Engineer at Auctor, you will own and lead engineering projects for our most strategic customers, building custom integrations and solutions tailored to their specific needs. You will work closely with our operations, GTM, and deployed services teams to build state-of-the-art systems that provide value to our customers.We're looking for people who want to do the most meaningful work of their career. Just speed, execution, and a shot to build something generational.This role is based in New York, NY, in person 5 days per week.What You'll DoOwn end-to-end implementation of custom integrations for strategic customersArchitect and build workflows and tooling tailored to enterprise needsCollaborate with customers directly, from technical teams to executives, to scope problems and ship solutionsDevelop performant agentic systems that operate over large corpora of unstructured dataWork across the stack: backend services, frontend applications, and infrastructureFeed product insights back to the core team based on what you learn in the fieldWhat You HaveStrong programming fundamentals and CS knowledgeProficiency in Python and TypeScript (Next.js experience preferred)Comfort with ambiguity and context-switching across multiple customer engagementsExcellent communication skills; you can translate technical complexity for non-technical stakeholdersDemonstrated grit, previous startup or high-intensity experience valuedCompensation Range$175,000-$290,000BenefitsEarly-stage equityCompetitive, top-of-market salaryCatered lunch and dinnersCompensation Range: $175K - $290K
