The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading Supervisors and Construction Managers and effectively manage projects to satisfy customer expectations. They will be deadline driven, accountable, and process a strong work with and an ALL IN mindset to drive results\r\nROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESLead and manage the full project lifecycle from planning through project closeout\r\nDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and operational strategies\r\nCoordinate all phases of construction activities to achieve successful project outcomes\r\nServe as the primary point of contact for customer communication and coordination\r\nBuild and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle\r\nManage customer expectations related to schedule, scope, quality, and deliverables\r\nProvide regular project updates, progress reports, and issue resolutions to customers and stakeholders\r\nMaintain accountability for overall project financial performance, including WIP, margins, and cash flow\r\nDevelop, track, and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls\r\nFacilitate communication and collaboration between field operations, engineering, customers, and support teams\r\nProvide leadership and direction to Construction Managers, Supervisors, Field Inspectors, and field teams; responsible for people management, production, performance, quality, training, etc.\r\nDrives team KPI’s to contribute to the overall department and team scorecard success\r\nUpholds ADB’s safety culture, leads by example, and drives a philosophy of ZERO throughout the entire organization\r\nPerform additional responsibilities as needed\r\nSUCCESS FACTORSAbility to travel nationwide\r\nA strong belief in ZERO - Being safe 100% of the time is the expectation\r\nAlignment with company mission, vision, and values\r\nA high level of customer centricity\r\nStrong work ethic with an ALL-IN attitude\r\nStrong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse team members\r\nAbility to perform in a fast paced/high volume environment\r\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\r\nA high level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skills\r\nAbility to be organized, problem solve, and be solution oriented\r\nProcess improvement skills with the ability to streamline efficiencies within a team environment\r\nSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to accomplish department goals\r\nLeadership skills- ability to lead and motivate a team to meet project goals\r\nProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)\r\nWORK ENVIRONMENTThis role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, copiers, and cell phones\r\nThis role operates out of an environmentally controlled office environment\r\nWhen on project sites, will be required to wear common PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hart hat, and safety-toed boots\r\nEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION3-5+ years of technical field experience and/or project management experience required\r\n2-3+ years of leadership experience required\r\nBachelor's degree or equivalent preferred\r\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\r\nValid driver’s license with the ability to travel nationwide is required\r\nThis position pays between $80,000 and $165,000 base and is based on the candidate's skillset and experience.\r\nADB Companies, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
