use MasterCAM for programming and Vericut for toolpath simulation and collision verification prior to running new programs.\n\n● Make offset adjustments as needed to hold tight tolerances.\n\n● Perform in-process and first-article inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM as applicable) to verify parts meet specifications.\n\n● Monitor machine performance and tooling condition; identify and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and scrap.\n\n● Perform routine preventive maintenance on CNC equipment.\n\n● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company safety policies.\n\n● Accurately document production, inspection, and quality data as required.\n\n● Collaborate with programmers, engineers, and quality personnel to resolve process issues and support continuous improvement.\n\n*Who You Are*\n\n● Proven experience operating CNC machines, with hands-on experience running 5-axis CNC equipment required; experience with Makino machining centers (DM300/DM500 or similar) preferred.\n\n● Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings.\n\n● Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).\n\n● Familiarity with G-code/M-code programming and the ability to make basic program edits and offset adjustments;
