Take the next step in your career with us!\n\nPosition Specific Description\n\nAssists in the evaluation, negotiation and execution of structured energy transactions including renewable power purchase agreements and data center development agreements.\n\nJob Overview\n\nEmployees in this role negotiate and execute complex structured transactions. This role works closely with front-line originators and potential counterparties to understand their needs and develop product structures to meet them. Individuals are responsible for developing the deal structure, oversee, guide, and negotiate the contract to be signed between NextEra and the counterparty. They are also responsible for managing the deal internally and navigating a rigorous vetting process to gain approval.
