This is more than a scheduling role — we are looking for someone who can analyze data, address field challenges, and help drive projects to successful completion. You will collaborate with internal crews, contractors, engineering teams, and utility partners to ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and aligned with company standards.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nAnalyze and review construction requests; assess risk and impact\nDevelop project plans, define task sequencing, and establish work schedules\nAssign projects within database systems to contractors and stakeholders\nTrack and report deployment activity to Construction leadership\nMonitor contractor performance and ensure job intervals are met\nConduct project site visits as needed\nReview and approve material requests and contractor awards\nIdentify alternative solutions when project plans shift or encounter challenges\nProvide regular status updates and reporting to management\nSupport implementation of construction build plans across multiple neighborhoods\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n3+ years of experience in construction coordination, project coordination, telecommunications, or related field\nExperience managing construction schedules, contractors, or field operations\nStrong organizational and time management skills\nAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment\nStrong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint\nAbility to work independently and cross-functionally\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nComfortable presenting updates to leadership and cross-functional groups\nAbility to operate within multiple online database or tracking systems\n\nPreferred Skills:\nTelecommunications or fiber optic network construction experience\nFamiliarity with outside plant (OSP) construction phases and terminology\nExperience supporting technical or infrastructure-based services\nBackground in make-ready coordination or utility partnership management\nExperience in consumer-driven or high-growth operational environments\nExperience working with GIS, construction tracking systems, or contractor management tools\n\nWork Environment:\nCombination of office and field work\nOccasional site visits required\nFast-paced, high-growth construction environment\n\nCompensation:\nOur job titles may span more than one career level. The salary range for this role is between $63,000 – $80,000. The actual salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
