This is a full-time, direct hire position.What We're Offering$25,000 sign-on bonus for qualified technologistsGrowth opportunities and support for certification and continuing educationWork with cutting-edge sleep diagnostic technology in a respected clinical teamYour Day-to-DayPatient Setup & EducationCollect and assess medical, emotional, and social history relevant to testingEducate patients on testing procedures before, during, and after the studyPrepare, calibrate, and apply sensors and electrodes to ensure accurate data captureFit PAP masks and perform mask troubleshootingConducting Sleep StudiesAdminister a range of tests including PSG, MSLT, MWT, PAP titrations, and oxygen studiesMonitor and adjust equipment for clean, artifact-free signal acquisitionRecord clinical events, behavior, and any protocol deviationsDeliver age-appropriate care for patients across all life stagesData Analysis & ReportingScore sleep stages and clinical events following standardized guidelinesGenerate precise, actionable reports for physician interpretationCompliance, Equipment & SafetyMaintain and calibrate sleep study equipmentFollow safety and infection control procedures (Exposure Category I)Support quality assurance and performance improvement activitiesCommunicate professionally with patients, providers, and team membersWhat We're Looking ForAssociate degree or higher in Polysomnography, Respiratory Therapy, or NursingMust be eligible for or hold RPSGT certification (within 18 months of hire)Valid NYS license: Respiratory Therapist, Respiratory Technician, or Polysomnographic TechnologistBLS certification required within 90 days of hire; ACLS preferredRegularly required to stand, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 lbsMust have clear vision, hearing, and manual dexterity for technical tasksReady to Apply?
