Ensure you have access to a valid email\r\nQualified applicants will be contacted to schedule a phone screen.\r\nPost-Offer Background Check required\r\nDrug Screen required\r\nJob SummaryThe Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate will be responsible for moving materials and ensuring all materials entering and exiting the building are accurately accounted for.\r\nEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork with production plant to provide their necessary materials for daily operation\r\nPick the right product from inventory and packaging using the correct material\r\nFill out all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner\r\nPrepare product orders to meet pick-up demands\r\nPhysically prepare and load all freight orders for pickup\r\nProperly document receipts of incoming materials, checking packing slips for accuracy\r\nEnsure that all products entering or leaving the building meets quality standards\r\nCoordinate with Plant Operations and Shipping to ensure order timelines are met.\r\nReceive all incoming orders and store in racking\r\nOrganize material storage in the warehouse to prevent clutter\r\nUtilize time to set up and organize for next day orders and production\r\nConduct inventory reconciliation on a daily basis\r\nKeep physical track of inventory\r\nMaintain clean and orderly work area\r\nFollow all FDA health and OSHA safety regulations\r\nAssist in areas of production as needed\r\nOther duties as assigned\r\nBe a self-starter; ability to work independently as well as with other personnel and management\r\nRepresent self and company in a professional and positive manner\r\nAttend required company meetings and training and participate in constructive discussion\r\nFollow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook\r\nConduct self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of Dot's Pretzels\r\nProactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training, in an effort to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set\r\nMaintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service\r\nPerform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner\r\nMinimum QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED\r\nCertified forklift operator required\r\nAbility to lift up to 40 pounds repetitively\r\nAbility to bend, twist, and stand on your feet for an entire shift\r\nExposed to food production environment and warehouse environment which may involve noise and fluctuating temperatures.\r\nGood communication skills, verbal and written\r\nAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment\r\nCandidate must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship\r\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by team members assigned to this position.
