This job description does not alter an employee's at-will employment status or create an employment agreement or contract, implied or otherwise.\n\nResponsibilities\nEssential Functions:\n\nProvides support to technical employees working in an organizational function related to the Intern's area of study.\n\nAssists with technical tasks and project support.\n\nSupports equipment set up and monitors tests and experiments.\n\nObserves results, collects data, and compiles summaries and reports.\n\nLearns technical processes and procedures.\n\nJob shadows other more experienced professionals and or support staff.\n\nMay also support the documentation & updates of procedures or work instructions.\n\nHandles basic issues and problems\n\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\n\nRequired education and experience: Must be currently enrolled in related Technical courses or be within 6 months of graduation; No prior experience needed.\n\nMust be enrolled in a technical college or degree-seeking program.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nKnowledge, skills & abilities: Ability to work as part of a team. Oral and written communication skills. Attentiveness.
