Marketing Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTIONAs POUT's Marketing Specialist, you’ll lead a dynamic role that blends creativity, connection, and leadership. As a manager of our retail store, you’ll work full-time in-store — spending part of your time on-stage engaging guests and supporting the team, and part of your time back-stage creating and executing marketing content and initiatives. From social media and email marketing to blog posts and brand campaigns, you’ll bring POUT’s voice to life across all channels. Unlike most small businesses, POUT operates as a corporation and offers competitive health benefits and opportunities for bonuses.ResponsibilitiesManage daily in-store operations alongside the leadership team and support on-stage client experienceMaintain POUT’s visual identity through Canva and Instagram content.Create and execute marketing content including:Social Media Posts, Reels, & StoriesEmail BlastsBlog PostsWrite creative and engaging captions, campaign messaging, and marketing copy.Manage and grow POUT’s social media presence by creating compelling, on-brand content.Stay up-to-take on trends; continuously learning and researchingAssist leadership in developing a cohesive marketing calendar.Plan and organize marketing initiatives and seasonal campaigns.Collaborate with brand partners on marketing support and promotions.Provide elevated customer service and maintain strong client relationships.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS• Work: • 2-3 Saturdays a month • November - December (PTO blackout dates)• Previous Experience: • Managing People • Customer Service • Social Media Marketing • Content Creation • Copywriting • Canva • Instagram• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment• Coachable: always willing to learn and grow• Detail oriented• Organized• Competent with iPads and general technology• Love dogs!PREFERENCES• Retail, cosmetics, and/or spa experience• High-volume restaurant or sales experience• Makeup Artistry experience or desire to learnBENEFITS• Salary and potential for bonuses• Paid Vacation & Sick Leave• Health Insurance available after 90 days• Employee Discount on Retail for Self & Immediate Family• Monthly Gratis Stipend• Monthly Complimentary Service
