SDP Director

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year Job description: Program Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Position Description:* The Structured/Social Day Program Director manages and supervises daily activities of the program. The Structured/Social Day Program Director is responsible for the development and implementation of a program that improves and maintains the skills and abilities specific to each member to live as independently as possible in the community.Complete all requirements necessary to meet state-approved objectives. Maintain high quality program in accordance with Agency standards. Education, Work Experience, and Required Licenses and/or Certificates: ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:Master of Social WorkMaster of PsychologyRegistered Physical TherapistRegistered Professional NurseCertified Special Education TeacherCertified Rehabilitation CounselorLicensed Speech-Language PathologistRegistered Occupational Therapist AND:Must have one (1) year of experience providing functional assessments, Intensive Behavioral or Structured Day Program services to individuals with disabilities and/or seniors. OR:Individual with a Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience providing functional assessments, Intensive Behavioral or Structured Day Program services to individuals with disabilities and/or seniors.
