The right person will be comfortable working on a computer, using our internal software, managing order details, and also helping with picking, packing, and light warehouse work when needed.\nWe are looking for someone reliable, organized, and hands-on. You do not need to know our system before starting, but you do need to be comfortable learning software, following processes, and paying attention to small details.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nReview and manage incoming customer orders\nUse our internal software platform to process orders and update information\nPrint shipping labels, packing slips, and warehouse documents\nMake sure orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly\nCheck order details for accuracy before shipment\nCommunicate with the warehouse team about priorities, issues, and special instructions\nHelp with receiving, returns, inventory checks, and order exceptions\nPick and pack orders when extra support is needed\nHelp prepare packages for carrier pickup\nKeep work areas clean, organized, and efficient\nWhat We’re Looking For\nStrong attention to detail\nGood basic computer skills\nAbility to learn new software systems\nOrganized and able to stay on top of multiple tasks\nComfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment\nWilling to help wherever needed\nReliable, responsible, and punctual\nGood communication skills\nAble to lift and move boxes as needed\nExperience That Helps\nExperience in any of the following is helpful, but not required:\nWarehouse operations\nOrder fulfillment\nShipping and receiving\neCommerce\nInventory management\n3PL or logistics operations\nCustomer service or operations support\nThis Job Is a Good Fit For Someone Who\nLikes a mix of computer work and hands-on work\nDoes not mind switching between tasks during the day\nCares about accuracy\nCan follow procedures but also think through problems\nWants to be part of a small, growing logistics company\nTakes ownership instead of waiting to be told every small step\nRequirements\nBasic computer skills\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages during the day\nReliable transportation to Norwood, MA\nEnglish required\nHebrew is a plus\nAbout DT Logistics\nDT Logistics provides warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, returns, and storage services for eCommerce and retail businesses.
