divh2CM Clinical Project Manager/h2pSupports the Department of Veterans Affairs Electronic Health Record Modernization Integration Office (EHRM-IO) as a Change Management (CM) Clinical Project Manager. Provides project management for CM sandbox, learning lab, and other end-to-end clinical workflow-related initiatives. Oversees and/or supports development and review of proposed sandbox scenarios/workflows (i.e., simple, complex, comprehensive). Develops CM artifacts, reports, executive-level briefings, communications, meeting agendas, meeting notes, etc. Supports identification of project-related risks and issues using EHRM-IO EUEA processes. Maintains workstream standard operating procedures, mailboxes, schedule and related system downtown, onsite logistics for workstream events (e.g., learning labs), and user provisioning status. Assists with onboarding and training of Sandbox Analyst. Collaborates with CM teams, as well as other EUEA teams and CM stakeholders (Oracle Health, VHA, etc.) to ensure consistency of the overarching CM approach./ppMinimum qualifications:/pulliProsci Change Management certification/lili10+ years of professional work experience/liliExperience managing Information Technology related projects/liliWell versed in life cycle and project management methodologies/liliExperience in tracking costs, schedule and performance progress/liliAble to identify and mitigate risks./li/ul/div
