This test includes basic mobility, bending, reaching arms overhead and out, rotation, squatting and kneeling, as well as lifting and carrying a 10lb weighted crate, pushing a cart with a 20lb weighted crate and lifting a 47lb weighted crate. Exact details of the test will be explained at the time of testing.
