In this role you will have the opportunity to market and manage multi-disciplinary teams for a wide range of projects including large commercial office and retail developments, K-12 and higher education projects, healthcare projects, recreation and community centers. You will also assist in growing and supervising a dynamic architectural staff, while also working alongside and obtaining support from our strong national architectural team.\r\nPosting Location for this role\r\nPeoria, IL\r\nWhat You'll Do:\r\nCreate, manage, and produce projects in Advanced Technology, as well as other project types.\r\nLead our multi-disciplinary teams from concept to delivery.\r\nMentor junior architectural staff.\r\nParticipate in business development pursuits.\r\nGenerate work and create long-term client relationships.\r\nDevelop, review, and approve proposals, reports, and contract documents.\r\nWhat You'll Need:\r\nBachelor's Degree Architecture required; Masters preferred, from a NAAB accredited university.\r\nRegistered Architect (NCARB preferred, but not required).\r\n8-12 years of work experience in architectural design and planning within core markets.\r\nDemonstrated project management and supervisory experience.\r\nSuccess in developing new clients and maintaining strong client relationships.\r\nProficient use of Revit a plus.\r\nExperience with SketchUp, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office preferred.\r\nExceptional interpersonal communication skills.\r\nExcellent organization, coordination, leadership, team-building and managerial skills.\r\nWho We Are\r\nJoin Farnsworth Group, a nationally recognized architectural, engineering, and surveying firm, where your career can thrive!
