Collaborate with developers, architects, product teams, and adjacent technology teams to deliver scalable solutions.• Apply engineering judgment to validate AI-generated code and ensure quality, security, performance, and maintainability.• Support application troubleshooting, testing, automation, and production operations.• Contribute to technical design, code reviews, and engineering best practices.• Mentor and provide technical guidance to other engineers as needed.Required Qualifications• 8+ years of software development experience.• 8+ years of experience building large-scale, high-availability systems using Java, Spring, and Web Services.• Hands-on experience using GenAI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code across software development workflows.• Strong understanding of AI-assisted development, spec-driven development, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.• 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing and deploying AI/ML solutions into production.• 6+ years of experience working with containers, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.• 6+ years of experience with cloud deployment and CI/CD practices.• 2+ years of experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), AWS, or GCP.• 2+ years of experience with databases such as MongoDB, Aerospike, and/or PostgreSQL.• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies.• Experience with cloud development and high-volume transaction processing environments.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and software engineering skills.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.• Ability to work effectively with developers, architects, and cross-functional
