Requirements for the CNC Machine Operator\n\n* Previous CNC experience required\n* Ability to read measurements, blueprints, and work orders\n* Strong attention to detail and quality standards\n* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods\n* Reliable attendance and willingness to work overnight hours\n* Manufacturing, woodworking, or powder coating experience is a plus\n\nCNC Machine Operator Responsibilities\n\n* Operate and monitor CNC machines to meet production goals\n* Load and unload materials and finished products\n* Perform routine quality checks and measurements\n* Make minor machine adjustments as needed\n* Maintain a clean and safe work environment\n* Communicate with supervisors and team members to keep production running smoothly\n\nSchedule & Pay for the CNC Machine Operator\n\n* Full-time, Monday–Friday\n* 3rd shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM\n* $20.00–$22.00/hour based on experience\n* Additional 10% shift differential for 3rd shift\n* Overtime opportunities available, with extended hours from 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM as needed\n* Stable, year-round position\n\nThis CNC Machine Operator role offers a quieter overnight work environment and consistent hours for those who prefer working nights.
