At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nOwn full lifecycle recruiting with a proven track record of building strong engineering teams\r\nRecruit in a fast-paced, high-growth environment\r\nConduct deep talent analysis and develop recruiting strategies covering sourcing, candidate engagement/advisement, and closing for niche skill sets\r\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with engineering stakeholders using data-driven recruiting insights\r\nExecute recruiting strategy, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management\r\nOperate self-sufficiently with little direct supervision\r\nCollaborate with talent acquisition teammates and foster a teaching/learning environment\r\nBuild and utilize a variety of sourcing plans and tools\r\nPartner with internal teams to manage talent brand externally\r\nLeverage AI-powered recruiting tools and platforms to enhance sourcing efficiency, improve candidate matching, and generate data-driven insights that inform hiring decisions\r\nMinimum Qualifications\r\n5+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience (in-house and/or agency), focused on Software Engineering — preferably in cloud data, database engineering, data engineering, infrastructure, or applications\r\nStrong track record of engaging and closing technical talent\r\nStrong networking skills with established connections to technical communities\r\nStrategic mindset with urgency; able to build recruiting strategies for unique hiring territories and quickly outmaneuver competitors\r\nAbility to prioritize and multitask across all parts of the recruiting process\r\nProven ability to partner with engineering managers and leadership, providing guidance on market trends, compensation, competitive landscapes, and closing strategies\r\nDemonstrated experience using AI tools on a daily basis\r\nSnowflake is growing fast, and we're scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.
