Solution Consulting & Discovery• Engage clients to gather business, functional, and technical requirements• Analyze current systems and identify gaps• Recommend best-fit solutions across:o M3 → Process manufacturing, distributiono LN → Complex/discrete manufacturingo CSI (SyteLine) → SMB manufacturingo XA → Legacy IBM i manufacturing clientso Edge → AI-driven insights and automation________________________________________2. Product Demonstrations & Storytelling• Deliver tailored, industry-specific demos• Build compelling business scenarios (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, plan-to-produce)• Highlight integrations across the Infor ecosystem________________________________________3. Proposal & RFP Management• Lead responses for RFPs / RFIs / RFQs• Prepare:o Solution architecture diagramso Scope and effort estimationso Bill of materials (BOM) and licensing inputs• Collaborate with sales for pricing and positioning________________________________________4. Technical & Functional Expertise• Demonstrate deep understanding of:o ERP modules: Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Procuremento Infor technology stack: Infor OS Infor ION Infor Birst• Explain:o Cloud vs on-prem deploymentso Integration architectureo Data migration strategies________________________________________5. Industry Alignment• Support industries such as:o Industrial Manufacturingo Automotive & Aerospaceo Food & Beverageo Distribution & Logistics• Position appropriate product based on complexity and scale________________________________________6.
