Production Worker

Job Description We are seeking dedicated 2nd shift production workers to join our distribution team. In this role, you will be responsible for shipping, machine operating, assembling products, and maintaining quality standards during the evening shift. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude, factory experience, and a strong work ethic to support our operational goals.Schedule:2nd Shift 3:30pm - 12:00amMonday - Friday Occasional Saturdays and Overtime required.DutiesOperate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently during the 2nd shift.Assemble products, manual order pulling & working on a fast- paced production line.Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure compliance with specifications.Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety protocols.Cross train in different departments.Follow safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment.QualificationsPrior production experience is highly preferred.Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with assembly line operations are essential.Experience with hand tools, power tools, and forklift operation is a plus.Distribution experience is a plus.Ability to work effectively on the 2nd shift schedule, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and teamwork skills.Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
