Drives execution across the full project lifecycle, maintaining accountability for scope, cost, schedule, and technical performance. Orchestrates cross-functional engineering and operational teams in a matrixed environment, guiding the resolution of complex technical issues to accelerate project completion. Coordinates directly with client customers and client stakeholders to ensure seamless mission success and complete customer satisfaction.
