Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician Daiya Healthcare of Oregon is a leader in the post-acute care industry recruiting for its continued expansion. We are currently seeking a Physician to manage patients in skilled nursing and long term care facilities. Extensive provider support Work life balance Flexible schedule No on-call responsibilities Hybrid job potential DEA & license renewals Providers are expected to make daily rounds Monday through Friday, completing history of physical examinations as well as providing follow-up care as necessary. Each physician is supported by a mid-level provider, whom is responsible for the majority of follow-up care in each of our facilities. We offer an individualized training program to all new hires from our education team, with ongoing support after you are trained. FT/PT Position: Portland, OR Primary Responsibilities: Work in partnership with nursing staff and facility leadership Provide primary care and preventive care for patients in our facilities Coordinate patient care with ARNPs, PAs, and nursing staff Attend facilities meetings as necessary Complete documentation Required Qualifications: Current, unrestricted MD/DO OR state license Board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and/or Geriatrics If this position interests you, please respond with your CV.
