This hands-on role will manage financial activities for a manufacturing environment with significant work-in-process and inventory while partnering closely with Operations to connect financial results to production performance.Responsibilities include maintaining accurate plant financials, analyzing manufacturing costs and variances, supporting standard costing and BOMs, monitoring work orders and inventory, preparing monthly P&L reporting, and providing product-line and program margin analysis.
