Working under the direction of the Superintendent and/or Project Manager, this position is responsible for performing hands-on construction tasks that support project completion, quality, and customer satisfaction. Depending on skill level and experience, responsibilities may include basic framing and finish carpentry, drywall installation, repair/patch or finish, painting, flooring installation, job site organization, debris removal, and material handling. The Construction Technician ensures that all work performed meets SERPRO's standards of quality, professionalism, and safety, particularly given the company's focus on insurance restoration and remodeling projects.
