Other duties may be assigned.\nPre Sales:\nCase Reviews\nProduct Testing\nJoin Application Engineering and Sales on customer calls and/or visits\nWork with Sr. Application Engineering for customer detailed specifics\nAssist Sr. Application Engineering with developing the initial design of a project\nCreate customer specific layouts\nWork with vendor(s) on layout and quotes for any equipment needed\nProvide cost estimates to RSM’s for quoting purposes\nPost Sales:\nOrganize & Perform purchase order review meetings\nRelay project information to Engineering and Project Management\nRevise layout and/or cost sheet per review\nAdvice Salesman of any concerns per review\nProvide support to Project Management for the duration of the project\nRevise customer layouts per customer changes and per as designed\nWork Environment:\nThis job operates in a professional office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copiers.\nPhysical Demands:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee may sit for prolonged periods of time. Standing and moving to different departments will be required. The employee will need vision to see close, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus, communicate, hear and listen.\nPosition Type and Expected Hours of Work:\nThis is a full-time, salary-exempt position, working Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.\nSkills:\nDemonstrate technical support to Application Engineering and Sales with strong mechanical and electrical skills.\nSyteline Software, HubSpot, CRM, AutoCAD, Inventor, Word, Excel & PowerPoint\nExcellent customer interaction abilities\nEffective written and oral communication skills\nAbility to travel when needed\nAbility to work on multiple projects concurrently\nStrong organizational skills\nStrong problem solving and decisionmaking skills\nCandidates for this position must be legally authorized to work in the Untied States and will be required to provide proof of employment eligibility at the time of hire.\nAbout COMBI PACKAGING SYSTEMS LLC\nCombi is a worldwide provider of industrial packaging systems.
