Position Overview
BernardiParts.com is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused team member to help manage the flow of online OEM automotive parts orders from purchase through delivery.
This role is centered on coordination, communication, and follow-through. You will help ensure orders move smoothly, customers stay informed, and internal teams remain aligned.
Automotive parts experience is not required — our technical call center handles product and fitment questions. This position focuses on organization, problem-solving, and keeping day-to-day operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage online orders throughout the fulfillment process
Communicate with customers regarding order status, tracking, payment issues, returns, or shipping damage
Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to resolve delays or order exceptions
Review orders for accuracy and completeness
Assist with return requests and follow-up communication
Maintain organized notes and ensure consistent follow-through on open items
Help keep order workflows structured and up to date
This role blends structured office coordination with customer communication typical of a high-volume e-commerce environment.

Not a sales position
Not a high-pressure call center role
Not a technical parts advisory position

Experience in administrative coordination, logistics support, order management, or e-commerce operations is helpful but not required.
Work Environment
You’ll work closely with both office and warehouse teams in a collaborative, team-focused environment. We value professionalism, accountability, and people who naturally keep things organized.
Compensation & Schedule
$20.00/hr
Schedule Monday – Friday 8am-430pm
