We are seeking sharp, smart working individuals who will thrive in this environment.\r\nJob Summary\r\nThe Pricing Specialist is responsible for managing pre-sales requests for AT&T and ACC Business, providing internal and external support, and building relationships with our support teams.\r\nPrimary functions of this role include, but are not limited to:\r\nSpecializing in pricing ACC, AT&T, Brightspeed, Lumen, and Verizon on the pre-sales side of Operations\r\nYou may be assigned to specific suppliers exclusively.\r\nProcessing quote requests for our sales advisors by utilizing supplier portals, channel contacts, and rate cards\r\nProcessing deal registrations\r\nSegmentation and serviceability checks\r\nContract creation\r\nEnsure accuracy of signed contract/documents, order gathering forms and LOAs\r\nResearch where answers and solutions are unclear or unknown\r\nProvide resolution on first-level pricing escalations\r\nSalesforce opportunity, quote, and order management\r\nStrive for a 2-hour quote pick-up within Salesforce\r\nStrive for a 2-hour email response time\r\nJuggle processing new quote requests while handling questions, contracts, and order requests from previous quotes\r\nMonitor and respond to questions through company chat groups and email\r\nBuild relationships with advisors, internal departments, and suppliers\r\nTeam coverage\r\nAttend regular supplier meetings and trainings\r\nResponsible for taking calls from the shared call queue and making regular outgoing calls to suppliers and advisors\r\nQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS\r\nBachelor's degree preferred\r\nTelecom experience 6 months+ preferred\r\nAdaptable to constant change\r\nCustomer service background\r\nAdvanced organizational skills\r\nMicrosoft Office 365 predominantly with Outlook and Excel\r\nIntermediate computer knowledge\r\nIntermediate comprehension of telecom/technology carrier's product offerings\r\nExceptional written and verbal skills with engaging phone presence\r\nPREFERRED SKILLS\r\n1+ year telecom/technology experience\r\nDetail-driven, ability to prioritize\r\nAbility to work within the \"grey\" when things are not black and white\r\nSelf-motivated\r\nStrong communicator - ability to have hard conversations\r\nPersonable\r\nTeam collaborator\r\nQuick learner\r\nIndependent problem solver\r\nForward thinker\r\nADDITIONAL NOTES\r\nAdditional job duties and projects may be assigned. Prior experience quoting with AT&T, Lumen, Brightspeed, and/or Verizon is preferred but not required.\r\nThis position is fully remote and open to candidates nationwide.
