in revenue, payer mix, procedure mix, charges, and other key performance indicators.\nDevelop revenue projections and cash-flow analyses.\nBenchmark client performance against comparable organizations and industry data.\nConduct carrier impact analyses and annual fee schedule reviews.\nDevelop recommendations based on your findings.\n\nSolve Problems & Identify Opportunities\n\nProactively identify client challenges, opportunities, and potential threats.\nPartner with internal teams to develop practical solutions.\nCommunicate significant issues proactively, including the cause, expected timeframe, financial impact, resolution plan, and prevention strategies.\nFacilitate special projects and initiatives that improve client outcomes.\nBring forward ideas that can improve services for both individual clients and MBMS as a whole.\n\nBuild Reporting & Business Intelligence\n\nPrepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting packages.\nDevelop ad-hoc reports and analyses based on client needs.\nCreate meaningful dashboards and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI.\nUtilize advanced Excel capabilities, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.\nSupport data validation and integrity.\nHelp streamline reporting and develop new KPIs, measures, aggregations, and dynamic visualizations.\nProvide training to internal and external teams on reporting tools.\n\nSupport Payer Contract Analysis\n\nPartner with the Contract Variance Manager to review third-party payer contracts.\nAnalyze contract terms and fee schedules.\nMonitor reimbursement and audit payments against contracted rates.\nCommunicate findings and opportunities to clients\n\nStay Ahead of Healthcare Trends\n\nYou’ll be expected to stay informed about changes and trends affecting
