Front-of-House Operations Leader (Leadership Position) At Chick-fil-A, a FOH Operations Leader is responsible for delivering exceptional guest and team member experiences by leading with excellence, executing at a high level, and developing others. This role plays a critical part in driving restaurant performance, building team culture, and creating a positive, high-energy environment where people can grow.
