This role ensures the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and employee development. The Shift Supervisor leads the hourly workforce team and works closely with plant schedulers to plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities safely and efficiently with organizational standards.
